Utorrent port help?

Well, i was trying to set up my ports for the 2nd time after i wiped my computer clean but this time its not working. i made my static address again because it said i didnt have one but now when i go to my router's site (netgear) and put in all the port information, it says the service name is already in use

I have made a working port before but i had to reinstall utorrent and lost the number of it. How do i fix it?

use this port 12993

If you enable Upnp it will auto forward the port.
