Utorrent safe program?

i am in the middle of a download of smartst v3 for pocketpc and i right click then click open. it comes up with a command prompt and starts flashing text can someone check this or me. it is 280 mb the file is does that help?

utorrent is a safe application, however, you may need to check it for viruses when you first download it. Afterwards, the thing that really matters is the file that you are downloading using this client (utorrent). I think it is the place where you download the torrents matters, you have to be smart thu, 10K for pirates of the Caribbean is for sure a virus or trojan. I usually download from isohunt.com.

Utorrent is a safe application but most torrents that you download can be harmful, so go on sites that are trustworthy and when downloading a torrent, read the comments and see if anyone said it's a virus, if even one person says its a virus you should believe them. If someone proves them wrong then download it.
