Utorrent will not download. No option to open won't connect to utorrent

Question

I reinstalled windows and all of a sudden I can't get utorrent to download. I select download torrent and it just gives the option to save. Help Please!!!!!

It sounds like windows doesn't know what to do with torrent files.  You can check this by opening any folder in explorer, clicking "tools", "folder options", then clicking on the "file types" tab.  Scroll down the list till you get to the TORRENT entry and click on it.  It should say that this file type is set to open with utorrent.  If it says something else, or the entry is missing altogether, try re-installing utorrent to set the proper file association.  You may need to reboot afterwards.
