  1. It depends on the time of the week.

On Monday to Friday, during peak hours, there are through trains on the Piccadilly Line from Uxbridge to Earls Court. The journey is about 49 minutes

At all other times, take the Metropolitan Line from Uxbridge to Rayners Lane. Here take a Piccadilly Line train to Earls Court. The total journey time is about 56 minutes.

  2. From Uxbridge you can take the Piccadilly Line straight to Earls Court, though at certain times it may be necessary to take the Metropolitan Line to Rayners Lane and change to the Piccadilly Line there. From Hayes catch a suburban FGW train to Paddington and then take a District Line (Wimbledon Branch) train straight to Earls Court.
