If you're going by car, bear a few things in mind.

1) The traffic queues are awful- set off early

2) The car parks are miles from the camp site- make sure you can carry everything you've taken

3) The police do random car searches

Generally,

4) The police do random drug tests at the entrances

5) You can't take glass or gazebos into the camping area- they will confiscate them (and they actually do too)

6) The camping area is separate from the music area- for the first night, you can get into the camp area without a wristband, but you need to get your band as soon as possible.

7) The queues for the wristbands get very long- get there early.

In summary, get there early. And take plenty of waterproofs
