something like that, but daaaamn that thing cost to much!! around 360$ does anybody know a place or website or anything where I can get a 100 weight vest for at LEAST $200 please?

Ebay may be your best bet or someplace like that. brand new is gonna cost you a lot because you want a 100 pound vest the more weight the more money
