Best hotel experience I've had! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I liked the fact that housekeeping came twice a day, once in the morning and again around dinner time. The restaurant food was great as were the servers. Room service even brought us our lunch and set it up outside by the pool at our swim out room. We looked forward to getting the itinerary sheet every night with everything from activities for the next day to the drink of the day and any special events taking place. We loved the  resort so much,I highly recommend swimming with the dolphins at Xcaret!
