VACATION!!! im wanting to take my son and i on vacation to europe, do i have to get permission from father?

it will be only for one week!????? i heard that if its less than 2 wks you dont have to get premission.im a single mother of a 2 yr old and the father well..... he is vaguely in the kids life i just dont want to get into legal trouble for something weird! guidance needed. note : i have full sole custody.

not a problem with sole custody.  Unless there are proceedings to challenge this.

If you have full custody you can most likely take your son, but I would search online just to make sure. No one here will know the real answer.
