VCR ????? Problems?

I need to connect my VCR to my TV. I have cable, no Digital, So, do I run the cable through the VCR and then to the TV? Please answer ASAP the De La Hoya fight is in 1 hour. Thanks for your help.

  1. Run the cable wire from the cable box to the VCR cable input & then another cable wire from the cable out jack to the cable input on the TV.

    If you are using AV instead of cable (RCA cable/wire), Connect the AV out from the cable box to the Line 1 input of the VCR & then the AV out put from the VCR to the AV input on the TV. Keep the VCR on channel 3 if using cable TV & the VCR on input line 1 if using the AV jacks (The AV jacks are RCA cables.)

    Last is also put the TV on channel 3 or AV line 1 if using the AV cables.


  2. You would hook the cable from the VCR to the TV (SCART) and then plug in your aerial into the VCR or even a SCART from a different source.
