Question:

VEGANS : I'm not sure I'm getting enough calories, Sometimes if I wake in the middle of the nite, I'm hungry?

So if its bad I'll make a smoothie. But It doesn't seem like I"m eating much during the day. I eat abt evry 3 hours ,I'm not a big eater to begin with. I eat enough to to get full but still it doesn't seem like a lot. I still can't seem to eat beans evry day but I'm tryin reeal hard to do the dark leafy greens - mostly in smoothies. Do you have any personal favorite smoothies to share with me ? Thanks

  1. Go vegetarian.

    I started off vegan but I couldn't handle it so I'm vegetarian now.

    I eat mostly organic, and junk food sometimes ^-^

    But Im pretty healthy, and you cant keep on living off of smoothies forever.


  2. Go to supermarket and buy all type of fruits and keep the fruits in your refrigerator.

    When you feel hungry, simply open your frige and take some fruits to eat.

  3. you need more protein... that goes for no matter what your diet is... if your waking hungry in the night, your not eating enough in the day.... try eating protein at night before bed to "hold you over"
