Well i am just wondering when you are a vegetarian, what proteins are important and why?

Please reply asap because i need the answer i the next hour !

  1. you get protein from tofu, beans , and imatation meat. well you need protien for a balanced diet. I personally like eating the fake meat because there are so many varies of it.


  2. I have been a pescetarian (Eats seafood but no other meat) for about 5 months now. I've been eating fine, as I'm sure you could tell if I had a picture, lol! I usually eat a lot of yogurt, dairy products. Depending on whether you would want to eat any animal products. I take those gummy vitamins that taste awesome, not to mention they give you a lot of fiber, and good stuff, lol. So, if I were you, I would not be a vegan, that's really difficult, plus my parents wouldn't let me. Hope I helped. Just think dairy.

  3. You can get proteins from beans,lentils and almost nearly every vegetable.Soya protein is very good and they make quite a few things with soya like butter,milk,yogurts etc.Protein is needed for healthy muscles and joints in the body.

  4. all the bodies need same type of proteins its just that the way we take it is different.veggies does not need special type of protiens just that the sources are different(food)

  5. You can get protein from: Soya milk, dairy, eggs    

    Cheddar cheese, Cottage cheese, Milk, skim, Mozzarella,  

    Ricotta, Yogurt, low-fat, plain, Oatmeal, Almonds, Cashews, dry roasted, Lentils, ½ cup cooked, Lima beans, ½ cup

    Peanut butter, 2 Tbsp., Red kidney beans, ½ cup, Soybeans, ½ cup cooked

    Tofu, 4 oz.

    But too much protein can damage your liver. Pls. check with your doctor.

  6. my father is a vegetarian and everyday i prepare his protein soup everyday..its a combination of potato, yam, carrots, tomatoes, onions some organic salt and herbs. Simmer for 30 mins and blend.
