They greet each other even if they don't know each other. If your a Filipino you should know if what really makes a true Filipino. you will be also called a filipino if you're born here and been raised here by your parents.

Neglect Manila, if someone willing to know who are orig filipino, to find these true/orig filipinos just go North(Ilocandia/Bicolandia), Central(Visayas) and South(Mindanao)
