VERY bad period cramps and weird effects... please read!?

Question

My period cramps are usually pretty mild but today they are VERY bad like on a scale of one to ten a 600. I am usually pretty good to pain (as in I can handle pain) but today it's terrible. I'm like crying. Also, I have chills and my lower back hurts EXTREMELY bad (I mean like can't walk bad).

What can I do to help this??? Thank you sooo much

I felt this 3 months ago it was some cramps i had never felt an they was killing me i was crying a hot bath didn't work nothin but some how i cried myself to sleep just take something for the pain an hopefully you'll feel better i did

I would go to the docor have them check you out you could be growing a sist on your uturus and it might slowly break open every month that happend to me and they fixed it

try some aleve and a heating pad. I know how you feel, try some hot tea, no caffeine and get some rest.

your pregnant???? go to doctor ASAP! get off the computer and go to the ER.

The last time this happened to me - I was having a miscarriage (and didnt even realize it).... please see a doctor.

Take something for pain, tylenol or others like that.  Fill a hot water bottle with hot water, lie down and put this on your abdomen.  Rest the whole day and try to sleep. Hope it helps.

take advil you cant really do anything your body is trying to let out something i hate when i get cramps and on my period and have pe at school
