VGA STOPPED WORKING

Question

Hi, I have a Digimate DGL32 and all of a sudden I am not able to get a signal from my laptop to my television. All that I get is "Not support". Once in a while it will flash "Auto Settings Detected". I've used different cables, played with different settings on my laptop but no luck. It was working fine then it just stopped working. I can't even find any support from emiglobal.com. The main page opens but all other pages will not display. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
