VGA fan is producing some noise?

Question

my VGA fan is sometimes producing noise..what could cause it and how can I solve it?I dont want to get another VGA card but want to fix it myself.i have checked the fan and it was kind of loose.any help?thanks

NO DUH IT MAKES NOISE, IT'S A FAN!

You might be able to unscrew the fan, unplug the wire plug and buy a new fan. I don't know if removing the fan label and adding a drop of oil to the fan bearings is a good idea. It will make it quiet for a while but may leak onto the video card.
