VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER?!!!

OK so I guess I downloaded something with spyware stuff on it.

I have vista.On the bottom right hand corner of the bottom of my computer alerts keep popping up saying I have trojans and spyware.

I can remeber all the names of the things but one is

psw.x-vir trojan.

spyware cyberblog x.

how can i remove this stuff?

  4. run antivirus and antispyware scan , avira antivir , ad aware and spyware terminator are highly recommended and used by experts

  6. None of those are even real; they are fake warnings (*) generated by a trojan in hopes that you will buy the rogue program that it is trying to push on you.
