VISA for Vancouver?

Will be visiting WA, USA on a business visa also want to go to Vancouver or some border city in canda. I am a non american so how do I go about it. Do they provide temporary tourist visa on USA / Canada border????

I'm not sure on this, and given the 9/11 attack, every country has really gotten strict with the border laws. So far Americans haven't needed passports and we haven't needed them to cross into the States. It's coming though. If you are from outside of the United States of America, I suggest you contact your American or Canadian Consulate on this one. I wish I could help you more.
