VISION EXAM accurate???

Is my vision exam accurate???

today i got a eye examination for contacts. but i only got about 7-7.5 hours of sleep last night so i was kinda tired. would taht cause a totally inaccurate eye exam result??or would the results be the same as if i had gotten enough rest and wasnt tired. and would it make my vision worse if i kept my prescription today(tired)

It should not have much (if any) effect on your eye exam findings.  I would not worry about it and I assume you also were given a trial pair of contact lenses and have a follow up appointment.  At that appointment any changes or adjustments that need to be made will be found.
