VISTA-Error of low disk space ,when i try to resize my OS partition drive?

I have bought a DELL Inspiron 1525 with Vista home edition..

and it have 2 drive..C(OS): of 220 GB and D(RECOVERY): of 10 GB

and i want to make 2 more partition out of my C drive.

i used VIsta disk managment, but it prompt an error of low disk space..

now what should i do.

please help me...

  1. I wouldn't recommend resizing your OS partition on any OS, regardless if it's Linux, Apple, or Windows!

    If you really must do that, try a 3rd party application.  Or you can get a Vista Home Edition install disc and just reload the OS.  By doing that you'll set your partitions to how you want and also dump all the c**p that came from the OEM.
