VIZIO L32 HD FACTORY SETTINGS ON SCREEN

AFTER A POWER LOSS TURN MY TV ON, AND GOT CNN CHANEL!THE REMOTE WON'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL AND THE TV SET BOTTONS WON'T WORK AT ALL, CALL VIZIO SUPP. CENTER AND THEY DO NOT HELP IDIOTS LIKE ME.PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY CODES TO RESTABLISED MY SCREEN AND CHANELS .THANKS, MIKE
