VIZIO VU42L FHDTV10A screen goes green sometimes

Question

For some reason sometimes when I turn on my VIZIO green overtakes where shades of black were supposed to be.

It's not all of them time, just sometimes. I don't know much about TV's, but at first I thought it might of been the cable, but it does the samething watching movies.

Anyone know why? And solutions to fix it?

normally spots like this would indicate burn marks within the layer of the screen where the material contrasts to the color emitting... you might need a new tv
