ok I'm practing for volleyball and my dad is about to by a net. is there just one height or do i need a certain height. Im a 7th grade girl

  1. It is 7' for Jr. High but you might want to get one that is adjustable because it moves to 7'4" when you get to high school.  Hope this helps!
