I had terrible problems with the Vetch phones battery...!

I need a new one every 6 month, but now....no more....I got my self a new phone and the battery lasted for the past 4 years!!!

So, don't waste you good money on more batteries, first chance you get a new phone....like Panasonic!!

V-tech's are notorious for draining batteries, if you don't want to buy a different phone, get rechargeable batteries & charger.

#2, the batteries are in the phone because the base is just a charging unit, also, allows the phone to be cordless, as your phone is just a short-range transmitter. That's why the 5.8/6.0 ghz/phones are better because their signal is most secure!
