VW T4 Campervan esbasher heater, where is the best area to fit it???

Having problems as to where to fit this heater as it must reach the diesel tank and also blow the hot air out from an area that is not going to be blocked such as when you make the bed. Please can someone help? Im asking this on behalf on my partner as he is struggling.

Its an Erberspacher heater and you need to fit it somwhere that you can drop the exhaust through the floor of the van and next to vehicle wall so that you have access to fresh air duct that cant get blocked.Mount the small fuel pump near the main diesel tank but you can fit the heater well away from the tank due to the hot exhaust pipe.Just lengthen  the fuel pipe.Make sure the outlet pipe cant get blocked or the glow plug for the heat exchanger will lock out and nothing will work also make sure you have a good 12v feed from the battery as they draw a lot of current when they start and run it up for 20 minutes every month or they tend to stick
