VWD Configure SMTP e-mail settings?

Question

I am learning VWD and am currently experimenting with login controls.

I am stuck on the passwordrecovery control as I am obviously s******g up the smtp settings.

I am currently using:

Server = smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Port = 25

From [e-mail]

and basic authentication.

This returns error

"The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: authentication required - for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html"

Now i guess the link is saying that I need to pay for my email which is not gonna happen. Is there any free e-mail providers I can use for free??
