  1. Bring evidence of your need to leave the USA in September.  Bring evidence of a job you need to return to, an apartment you are leasing or a house you are paying for.  Bring evidence of your enrollment in a school or anything else that shows you need to leave.

If you can provide this type of evidence that you need to leave you'll be fine.

  2. Why are you returning to the US so quickly?  How do manage to get so much vacation time from your job -- or don't you have one?  You couldn't be on summer break from school, after missing almost a whole semester, and returning too late for school in the fall?  And how can you possibly have enough money to be a tourist for 2-1/2 months, then barely 3 months later return for another 3 months?

You have a great deal of explaining to immigration if you think you are going to get back to the US so soon on VWP.  And your explanations had better NOT include a boyfriend or fiance, job hunting, or anything else that violates VWP and gives the impression that you are up to something to get here on a more permanent basis, or otherwise up to "no good."

Make sure you have a round-trip plane ticket, hotel reservations, plans to go elsewhere than where you were last time and funds to pay for all the typical tourist things, and proof that you have something to return to in UK in September -- job, apartment lease, something substantial.

  3. probably not.  But remember it is always up to the officer whether they admit you or not.  but you shouldn't have any problem since you have been gone longer than you stayed.  no problem.

  4. It is not 90 days per year or any other time frame, it is 90 days per visit.

There is always going to the possibility of being denied entry, this is inescapable.

The fact that you departed the U.S. on your previous visit in a timely fashion and before the 90 day period of authorized stay expired, will stand you in good stead.

You really should have no problem with your future visit, but there are no guarantees when it comes to immigration.
