Vacancies in middlesex im teen year x?

im 15 going to be 16 in january, and im in year 11. Im wanting a job but when i walk into shops they all tell me i have to wait until in 16, i would really appreciate it if anyone had any vacancies to ask me, i would be delighted thanks xx
