Vacation Very Needed!?

Question

I really want to go on a vacation either on my spring break from school or after the spring semester is over. I work very hard and go to school and never really have off long enough to enjoy good time off. My boyfriend and I want to do something fun. ANybody knows good spots....beachy sort of. I also have family in Puerto Rico but need a car rental...I'm 21 soo not a good idea since they dont do rentals under 25. Any hot spots in the US??

Puerto Rico does do car rentals if you are 21 & have a credit card. They will charge you an extra fee though. Contact Thrifty by the airport in San Juan, they have good prices.  Sometimes people from PR forget what it has to offer like:

Go to Cozumel...you won't need a car there...
