Vacation hold for mail?

I am trying to hold my mail because I am going away for 3 weeks, but I want to know if the post office will stop delivering all the materials to my address, or just those sent to me. Some of my housemates will be still at the house, but I just wanted to stop mine. Would that work?

I'm not sure if you can stop your mail being delivered but you can have it re directed.

Maybe you could have it sent to a family members house or a close friend that you can trust.

You need to give the post office notice to do this but that might work.
