Vacation in Bolivia?

Question

I am considering Boliva as my next vacation spot (this summer). What do you think, is it a good idea?

Yes, it is one of the safest countries in Latin America but if you are going to spend time in the highlands it is also the coldest time of year in July-August (below freezing every night).  If you are going to the jungle or to Santa Cruz or Cochabamba it could be quite pleasant however.

Bolivia is very different. The highlands where many tourists visit Salar de Uyuni. Lake Titicaca, The Jungle. Sucre with a very nice climate. Santa Cruz in the east which is the economic mainstream of the country and is very cosmopolitan

Yes its a good idea. Thers you can go to Titicaca's lake, the higher lake in word. So if you can another interesting country to go, so consider Colombia, in there you have beaches in Atlantic or Pacific oceans, or Amazonas river, think it so...
