Vacation in Brazil or Jamaica?

Both great places which do you think is better for vacation.?

Brazil is very beautiful, but has a very high crime rate due to so many people living in poverty.  I have been there many times, and you have to be very cautious. Rio is the worst for crime.  I do not recommend driving in Brazil. The people are wonderful in general. Do your research. I have never been to Jamaica, but I hear the other islands are cleaner and safer.

jamaica is absolutly BEAUTIFUL... but so is brazil.. so it really depends on like what u wanna do.. brazil is very big into soccer... and like has beautiful buildings.. but... jamaica is an awesome place just to sit back and relax.. i have ben to both brazil and jamaica... and i would say that i like jamaica better.. u feel.. so... welcomed there

I'm from Brazil. There aren't just dangerous cities in Brazil. There are wonderful and safe places. I've been to Aracajú (SE) and Natal (RN). Rio de Janeiro (RJ) is a bit safe in just the south zone (Copacabanda, Ipanema, Leblon); the other places in Rio look like a h**l.

I'm going to give you some suggestions:

- If you want to take rest in quiet city with wonderful beaches

Salvador (BA): wonderful beaches; the hottest carnival; a bit safe; a bit expensive; African culture; the "Pelourinho" is not good for tourists now; there is "Summer Festival".

If ur a guy, i say Brazil. I think the chick's there are hotter. if not then they're probably both equally as beautiful. and dangerous
