hello, I live in California and I worked for a global company for 4 months then I resigned. The company's handbook states that i will be eligible to more than 6 hours a month of vacation pay after termination. I know I could google this but your experience is appreciated..do you guys think if they havent sent me my money right away, they will NEED to send me the money + interests? i know this may sound silly but thats what I heard! please help thank you all. What if they send me the money without interests or dont send money at all..?

  1. No, you don't have any leverage on them.  If you sued them, in all likelihood they would get the case thrown out of state legal system, and force you to go to an ADR setting far away.

ADR used in a globalized economy is only a mockery of a fair legal system and it's a long way from becoming fair and impartial system.

But don't let me stop you from trying.
