Vacation to Colorado Springs HELP??

Question

First off I was wondering if there were any natural hot springs in Colorado Springs or if we need to drive out far to get to one. Also, which white water rafting company do you suggest? Lastly any suggestions on restraunts or good food?

I will be going there next week with my family. Thank You!

White water rafting use Rocky Mountain Adventures.  Not sure how high and fast the water runs this time of year but you will have a blast!

There aren't any natural hot springs in Colorado Springs, but if you drive 90 minutes west to the town of Nathrop, there is the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs which are amazing.  

You can also get special deals on Mt. Princeton Hot Springs if you go through the nearby River Runners rafting company.  Ride the Arkansas river, then soak your tired arms at the hot springs after.  We did the Browns Canyon tour and had a great time.

For restaurants, I would check out my restaurant link below, but a fun place downtown is Poor Richard's, because it's a restaurant-wine bar-toystore-bookstore combination.  Very unique.
