Vacation to London?

i'm American and i was thinking of going to U.K for this summer. what are things to look for in london and how will they react to my American accent.

There are countless things to do in london like, Zoos - london zoo is 1 of the biggest in the country,  the london eye- amazing veiws for all over london takes about 40 minutes to go around. Buckingham palace - its not every day you get to see the queens house (unless you live close to it ) madama tussauds- amazing wax work models of celebrities that are soo realistic, and theres theatres, resturants,museums. my list could go on and on. They wont mind you being there, theres so many different nationalities that go now its just normal. i would advise taking a rain coat though, the weather is a bit unpredictable. Have a great time .x

the first part of your question is impossible to fit here, thee are literally hundreds of neat things to do in London, you can go to many websites and see.  I will answer the 2nd one.  They will love your accent.  I am American who travels there often.  Brits love all things American, you wont believe how many Starbuck's are there for example. Talk as much as you can, they dig it.  If you are single, the embers of the opposite s*x will find you interesting.  They will want to talk to you about the US that they see TV and movies.
