Question:

v****a too dry to insert tampon??

Heeey, I've been trying to insert a tampon and I've been trying to do it in various angles, and positions and it just won't go in. I only get it like 1/3 in. When I pull it out, it almost kind of sticks like my v****a's too dry or something. My period isn't light, it's quite heavy so I don't understand how it could be dry. Also, I find that there are times when the tampon just glides in easily with no problems but most of the time it's like this. Any help please?

  1. get it wet first

  2. Try a vaginal lubricant such as K-Y Jelly.

  3. Think happy, happy thoughts =p

  4. from all of my experiences i just don wear'em. i think there uncomfortable and pads work just fine, but i don't see how it could be dry if your on your period. are you maybe just too tight to were them? hats my problem but i am only 15 lol.

  5. Try wetting yourself and the tampon a little bit - this always works for me. It could also mean that it's catching on the dry skin around your v***a, which sometimes might be a bit dry, so make sure that's the area you wet.

Don't mind the sick pervert saying you need to m********e - just use water.

  6. i put in my tampon right after i pee, so that its slippery inside. but i still use toilet paper to dry the outside.

  7. just use some lubricant like KY. just the regular formula, or try using the slim tampons....   lubricant works just fine but not as easy for on the go so is probably keep slims in the purse and the ky at home

  8. Sounds like you're concentrating so hard on getting it in you are probably really tense. - which makes your muscles in your v****a tense up so much that you are not getting it in. You have to concentrate on being relaxed. Hope this helps...

  9. Maybe you should buy some lubricant from you local drug store and insert your fingers before putting the tampon in. This may open the v****a enough to insert the tampon.

  10. go to a pharmacy and ask someone who works there. rite aid or a place like that should have some ointment or something that will help that isnt too expensive.

  11. Try putting a little Vaseline on the end of the tampon before inserting it. It definately works.

  12. m********e a little bit, that will get it nice and moist

  13. get someone to l**k it

  14. put lube on the end of the tampon

    good luck =]

  15. this may sound gross, but maybe you should try to slide it in before you wipe. then clean it up.i dont know. or use some ky jelly. i am not trying to funny, this may work. i dont like using tampons cause of that.

  16. use a smaller tampon... or differenct brand... try OB's!
