Vaginal infections & pregnancy.?

This really sucks. This is like the third vaginal infection I have had since being pregnant. Maybe it is something I have been doing? I have stopped bath's since the first one I had & I am still getting them. I did not even realize that is what it was this time. I was having alot of cramping & pain with pressure in my vaginal area & I went to the dr. She checked me for an infection & yet again I have another. What can I do to stop getting these? Any certain foods I can eat. Even the medicine I am getting prescribed by my dr is causing it to get worse??

  1. I have the same problem with UTIs.Ive been on two different medications to treat it and it still hasnt gone away. My doc said that some women are unlucky that way and have to stay on medication though out the whole pregnancy because no matter what they do they cant get rid of their infections. Try eating yogurt Ive heard that it sometimes helps. Good Luck!

  2. Your husband/boyfriend has an infection and keeps giving it to you.  Stop s******g.

  3. Garlic Douche

  4. For urinary infections:  Cranberry juice.  There are cranberry pills at the pharmacy to take every day.  This will help.  STOP drinking sugar sodas.  Alka seltzer also helps clear this up.  I had that happen when I was pregnant and like you don't already have enough discomforts, right?  Stay out of the hot tub/bath like you're doing.  I feel for you.  Yeast infections:  I think antibiotics are a culprit too get monistat. But she probably gave you something for it.  You want this cleared up before baby gets here. Also wear loose cool clothing.

  5. If your talking about a yeast infection, eating yogurt once a day or more will be your best friend.
