  1. If I had, like a day or two for Valencia, it would DEFINITELY be in the Ciudad de Artes and Ciencias...It looks SOOOOOO fantastic!!!

Of course, there´s also the old part of the city, which is fun, too.  I spent a half-day there a long time ago...don't really remember much, because I was nursing a cold.  I have to go back some day and really explore.

  2. Great! You're visiting the CITY of Valencia in the province of Valencia in the Community of Valencia (all named "Valencia").

I think you'll find October to be a wonderful month to visit Valencia and anywhere along the Mediterranean coast at this time. Temperatures should be just perfect, no longer hot, rather mild, cool evenings towards the end of the month.

Hmmm.. Must See tourist attractions, eh? There's the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia" (web: http://www.cac.es/ ) which everyone raves about but expect to spend the better part of your day there. The place is impressive!

Valencia City also has a double-decker "Valencia Bus Turistic" (web: http://www.valenciabusturistic.com/ ) which you might consider. It's just okay but can give a good overview of the city.

There's lots to see in Valencia City but few things can be considered tourist attractions. I wouldn't say that museums or markets are tourist attractions but Valencia has some good ones of these too. Is the beach a tourist attraction? If so, be advised that it'll take roughly 25-35 minutes to get there using public transportation.

Have a great time in Valencia!
