Valencia street sampaloc manila postal code?

what is the postal code to this address? does Valencia Street belong to Sampaloc East or West? thanks...

I suppose the dividing line is Espana Street. Looking at the sidestreets of Espana (see link below), Valencia St. is situated on the east side. So, Sampaloc East.

Edit: It's a different story though if the dividing line is A.H. Lacson Ave, cause this places Valencia Street  to the West.

If you are about to send mail to this address, my suggestion is to just ignore the postal code; just give a complete street address with number.
