Valentia Zig zealous to win Standard Stakes at Doncaster
Valentia Zig is determined to make a big impact in Dragon Security Solutions Standard Stakes which will take place at Doncaster track on Monday, April 9.
The Open Race over 483m distance has £150 in purse. Valentia Zig will break from Trap 6 when the action begins at 14:30 (GMT).
The hot favourite hound is going to show his guts against Salacres Cool, Trickys Biscuit, Hey Serena, Sevenup Bradders and Fifis Romeo.
Since the dawn of 2012, the L. Troughton-trained black and white dog has accomplished some epic feats. After winning a race each in January and March, the dashing sprinter bagged a glorious triumph on April 2.
In his last outing on April 5, the veteran runner excellently grabbed runner-up rank. Overall, he has a number of glaring accomplishments to his credit.
The son of Zigzag Stewart out of Valentia Show started his career with a sterling success on April 30, 2011. Since then, he has been winning with regular intervals.
At the moment, the maverick dog is carrying a lot of confidence and fighting spirit which will help him thrive in tonight’s marathon. His chances to finish first are more than 90 percent.
However, some of his rivals like Trickys Biscuit and Sevenup Bradders can give him enough tough time on the track.

2011.
