Valentines Dining Out in Central Glasgow, UK?

Question

Im looking to have a fantastic night out in Glasow with my girlfriend, I wish to dine out (£30 each max) in the centre of Glasgow. Also, does anyone know of cheap but nice hotels in the centre as we may stay overnight?

The radisson in central glasgow is lovely for valentines night.  There is loads of nice restaurants/pubs in Merchant City which are also reasonable.  Depends what kind of food you are after but try Pancho Villa for mexican, Arta for cocktails and classy food, O'Neills for good old fashioned beer or there is Esca for italian.  There is also a russian & indian restaurant nearby.
