Valentino Rossi believes that he needs to improve his line and style at the Aragon circuit.
They want to further test their bike settings at the Spanish Grand Prix and analyse where they stand in comparison with others.
He told that they will be further testing their improvements at the challenging Spanish GP and analyse their efforts. They will also assess how competitive they are with other riders because the Italian circuit is known to be a complete circuit as it includes
of two long straights and a combination of turns as well.
He said, “It is a big test for us this weekend to understand our level a bit better. We have to see here, and in the next four races, if it was a step forward. I like this track, but it’s difficult to go fast. I need to improve my line and my style.”
Commenting about the post Misano test the Ducati rider said that liked the test because he was able to see some improvements in the bike but there was still something with which he was not comfortable.
“We found something that I didn’t like, but also something that is better,” he added.
Rossi was able to make it to the podium at his home circuit in his last race with Ducati as he has announced that he will be moving to Yamaha Factory Racing in the next 2013 season. He had earlier told that he is not happy with the chassis of the bike because
it could not be altered as desired.
In the Italian GP Ducati introduced a new chassis which was preferred by the Ducati rider over the older one as it could be modified more, comparatively, however the Italian rider was not completely satisfied as the chassis had some limitations as well.
Rossi has announced that he will be giving his best to the Ducati team and his efforts will aid the next Ducati rider with a better platform in the Italian team.
Let’s see how the Italian rider performs in the upcoming Spanish Grand Prix. It is also forecasted that it may rain in the upcoming event which can add to the challenging circuit.
