Valentino Rossi will try to exhibit his best performance at the Sepang circuit – MotoGP Special
Valentino Rossi of Ducati has been unable to exhibit impressive performance over the circuit despite having a better Ducati as compared to the start of the season.
They have introduced a new chassis and installed a new swingarm to further improve the performance of the bike.
He is looking forward towards the upcoming Malaysian Grand Prix although they were unable to prove their strength over Sepang during winter tests.
He said, “We’ll see what awaits us at Sepang, because we didn’t do very well there during the winter tests. Still, many months have passed since then, and now with the new frame and swingarm, the bike is better.”
He believes that the upcoming weekend will be difficult for them at the team because of high temperatures over the circuit and it is anticipated to be a challenge for the bike and the riders. He added that it is not their first time over the circuit therefore
they are not targeting something unachievable. They understand their strengths and weaknesses and will establish their motives accordingly. He added that they will try to give their best performances over the circuit.
The seven times world champion had earlier complained about that bike as it was not modifiable according to their needs. Therefore, Ducati introduced a new chassis and a new swingarm. The upgrades helped Rossi as he was able to achieve a podium at his home
circuit. After his achievement he has been unable to perform impressively.
He had early said that he will give his maximum to improve the bike so he may be able to set a solid platform for the next rider who will replace him in the Ducati team. The ambition of the Italian rider shows his sportsman spirit.
Rossi has told the reason to leave the Ducati team, which is that he wants early results in this part of his life therefore he had to join Yamaha. We have a different opinion related to this issue as the current 2012 is near its end with only 2 races remaining
in the season after the Malaysian Grand Prix. We believe that they should have been able to set-up their bike accordingly although Ducati is eyeing further improvements in the next 2013 season which includes its contract with Audi.
The absence of the third title contender is highly felt because the title currently revolves in the hand of Jorge Lorenzo of Yamaha and Dani Pedrosa of Repsol Honda which makes it a bit boring as the competition lacks among the riders. Let’s see how the
Ducati rider performs in the remainder of the season.
