That's wishful thinking. Valero has only fought class B fighters. Never been tested really. Pacman has fought fighters way over Valero's league and either KO'ed or KD'ed all of them.

If you base it on their boxing resume, it is very clear that it is the other way around, Pacman will destroy Valero. I just hope Pacman doesn't kill him with his power punches to the head. He's a got a blood clot in the brain from what I've heard. He's never faced a fighter as powerful, as quick and as experienced as Pacquiao. Valero wil be way too out of Pac's league.

Simple answer. A no brainer really.

Valero has the puncher's chance to KO most featherweight boxers but his power has never been tested against A class fighters such as a Manny Pacquiao or even someone less superior like a Humberto Soto.

Valero's toughest challenge was Vicente Mosquera, who is a B level fighter and was able to knockdown Valero (before being knocked out himself in the 10th round)..

To answer your question, anything could happen in boxing but if Pacquiao ever faces Valero, Pacquiao will probably KO Valero in the early/mid rounds because Valero does not have very good defense.

Unless Valero catches PAC early, he's gonna get whooped, Valero has a bad habit of keeping his hands by his hips.  That being said Valero DOES have the power to KO PAC I just think it is unlikely he would get the chance.

Probably not , he hits harder than pacquiao and hes knocked out all his opponents but he has only fought bums valero that is. If valero wants to fight him he better get in line like everyone else and earn his chance to fight him. He has just been cleared to fight in the U.S. again or at least in texas , he needs to fight some named opponents first before he can even think of fighting  pacquiao.
