News in Russian media suggest that Gazzaev will hold onto the presidential position along with the managerial position after replacing his own son, Gazzaev, who will now reportedly work as a sporting director at the club.
Gazzaev told that his son himself came to the office and explained why he wants to resign after highlighting the team’s position at the league table. The 58-year-old said that he along with the entire management accepted the resignation.
“First of all I would like to thank my son for his work. He put together a team and led it to the premier league last year. He proved that he deserves the right to be the head coach at Vladikavkaz stadium.”
