Spartak Moscow have kick started the Russian Premier League campaign on a high after recording a 2-1 victory over newcomers, FC Alania Vladikavkaz, at Republican Spartak Stadium, Vladikavkaz, on Saturday.
Though, the Spartachi managed to get in front in the opening minute of the mouth-watering league encounter through Emmanuel Emenike, the host team scored an equalizer soon after.
