Valet Parking Key..?

if i were to give one to the valet...

what can they do with the key??

and what cant they do with the key??

Unlocks the door and starts the car.

Some car manufactures go so far as to limit the speed when the valet key is used. Almost all valet keys disable the remote trunk releases found in the cabin.

it will open the drivers door and start the car.  it won't do anything else that you locked with the real key.

The valet key can only start the car. It should keep them from unlocking the glove compartment and stuff.
