  1. Your dentist will provide you options. He/she may prescribe a sedative prior to treatment or suggest using nitrous during the procedure. Dentists are very accustomed to people being afraid to visit them and use a variety of techniques to help people through their fear. Schedule a basic exam which is painless, all they do is take x-rays and look at your mouth. At that time you can discuss your anxiety and she/he will help you decide what is most likely to benefit you. Just know that most dental treatment these days is completely painless and dentists are very focused on making your visit as comfortable as possible.

    Good luck!

  2. don't take valium

you can go to the dentist and he will make a psihological treatment if you need just go

    good luck
