    seems the 1890 5 dollar gold coin is a good one. all depends on condition and mint mark (although this is a rare year so mint mark don't matter to much, just the condition). send it to the site I listed above, it will cost you around $25.00 but will increase the value many times the $25.00 you paid for grading. lots of folks are being cheated by people not paying the value that its worth. it is good you are checking. this information is for a u.s $5.00 gold coin or half eagle. and its worth More than gold value, don't let anyone cheat you
