Suggest researching on e-bay for a guide of what price you could expect.

Alternatively, go to the public library and research books such as Millers Antique Guide to Collectables or there isa Collectables book dealing solely with Royal Doulton china (Non Fiction section 745.1)

Again, do you have in your area any valutation days given by a local auctioneer ?  If so, worth a visit to get a genuine valuation.
