I have 4 books of stamps from Canada.

1st book: 11 x 8cents

1 x 6 cents

6 x 1 cent

stamp descriptions:

1 cent stamp shows Elizabeth II ( think) background has

snow and huskies driving a sled

6 cent stamp shows Elizabeth II and all forms of

transportation

8 cent stamp shows Elizabeth II with what looks to be

Parliment or her home.

Book #2 & 3: has a Model T or 1921 Royal Mail truck. The

stamps are 3 one cent stamps, (1) 6 cent stamp and (2)

8 cent stamps. One of the books hasn't been opened.

Book #4: Picture of a 1918 Aircraft Curtis JN4 (Canada) used for mail service. Stamp description is the same as others. Contains same stamps as Books #2/3.

  1. these are all very common and fairly recent issues.  The actual value to a collector or dealer would be about face value, the use on postage is ok, or save them for the future and hope for the best. Check that all the colors are present teh centering is correct, other printing details may add a lot to value. check a stamp catalog at the libary or at www.stamps.org for more info.  Hope this helps some.

  2. the value of the stamps are what is on the stamp.  However, to a collector they may be worth more.  Many casual collectors enjoy accumulating stamps without worrying about the tiny details, but the creation of a large or comprehensive collection generally requires some philatelic knowledge.

Why not put them on Ebay and see what happens?
